Robert is very hands-on, helping the client map out and understand their Enterprise Architecture and increase their capacity for strategic, constructive change.
“I really believe that Enterprise Architecture is the best way for a client to understand how a change – any change – will impact their business,” says Robert. “It really gives them the ability to move through the many facets of their business to chart how that change may connect throughout the enterprise. It also helps them gauge, in a strategic way, how even the smallest implementation might impact their entire operation.”
Robert is a contributing author and supporter of Object Management Group (OMG) and Health Level 7 (HL7) standards that support Enterprise Architecture. He has contributed and supported the development of numerous standards including BPM, UPDM, SoaML, and SOA. He was an author for OMG’s Certified Expert in BPM (OCEB) examination. In addition, he is TOGAF certified and SEI ATAM evaluator certified.
